The repetitive work your teams do because the systems do not

Invoice processing, reconciliation, data verification, message handling: we automate the actions that add nothing and wear your teams down.

Your business is losing money without knowing it. And I help you recover it.

I am an automation consultant.

I help teams overwhelmed by repetitive tasks.

I put in place tools that answer messages, retrieve information, process invoices and verify data automatically.

Why this page exists

It is rarely why we are called, and it is almost always what we find. When a flow is badly connected, somebody compensates. That somebody eventually believes the work is part of the job.

Automation is only worth doing on a process that is already understood. That is why it comes after the diagnostic and the remediation, never before.

At a glance

The subject
The repetitive work your teams do by hand because two systems do not talk to each other: re-keying, reconciliations, chasing, exports copied across.
What we do
We map the task as it is actually performed, then remove the manual step — usually by connecting what already exists rather than adding a tool.
When it is offered
On evidence, during or after a level-1 engagement. It is not an entry point: we only propose it once we have seen your flows.
What we do not do
We do not sell an automation platform and we do not replace teams. We remove work that should not have existed.

The work that should no longer exist

Four categories, easy to recognise in a normal working day.

Re-keying

The same data copied from one screen to another, sometimes several times a day.

Verification

The same checks redone by hand, on the same documents, every week.

Reconciliation

The morning tie-out between invoices, payments and orders.

Repetitive replies

The same questions receiving the same answer, typed out again every day.

What we put in place

Each automation replaces one specific action we observed.

  • Invoice processing

Extraction, checking and posting of incoming invoices with no manual entry.

  • Automatic reconciliation

Matching invoices, orders and payments, with discrepancies isolated for review.

  • Data validation

Recurring checks run systematically, not when someone remembers them.

  • Automated replies

Routine enquiries get an immediate answer; everything else goes to a human.

  • System synchronisation

Information moves between applications instead of being copied across.

  • Monitoring

Useful alerts when a process fails — and nothing at all when everything is fine.

We propose this when we have observed the following

Generic automation is worthless. Automating one specific action is not.

  • Reconciliation done by hand every morningreconciliation automation
  • Invoices re-keyed to move between systemsautomated invoice processing
  • The same checks repeated every weekautomated checks
  • Incoming messages handled one at a timeautomated replies and qualification
  • One piece of data entered twice in two applicationssystem integration

Frequently asked questions

Does this eliminate jobs?

That is not the aim and not what we observe. What disappears is the work nobody claims: the re-keying, the tie-outs, the double-checking. The reclaimed time goes back to the work only those teams can do.

Can we automate without changing our tools?

Usually yes. We work on your existing systems; replacing a tool is a heavy decision that has to be justified by something other than a need to automate.

Fixing one broken process usually reveals another, right next to it.
